A. Becoming a member allows business owners and customers to utilize spare capacity that will go wasted and exchange it for holidays / cash! You will also receive a monthly newsletter telling you about discounted holidays on offer.
Q. What is DivingExchange.com?
A. DivingExchange.com offers business owners a fantastic choice of worldwide dive trips, resort holidays for a very small fee. We pride in giging you the best holiday experience by working with carefully selected dive operations around the world. It is also a community space for small business owners to pick brains of other similar businesses to help them serve their customers better.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Q. Can I cancel my membership?
A. Your membership can be canceled at any time. However we feel that once you see the benefits of joining, you will never leave.
Q. Is the membership for free?
A. Your membership at DivingExchange.com is free. This is our current business model and is subject to change in the future
Q. How can I become a member?
A. The registration to become a member of DivingExchange.com is very easy and takes you only a few minutes. Once you become a member, it is important that you populate your profile with all details so we know your interest. You can also get invited by your dive business friend who is a member on our portal. After a short confirmation of your email address you are able to “LOGIN” and start filling in your details.

Q. Why should I add details to my favourite holidays list?
A. Add details to your favourite list helps us to tailor and send you information about holidays relevant to you.
Q. How can I change my newsletter subscriptions?
A. If you wish to unsubscribe from our DivingExchange.com newsletter. Unsubsription is easy (but not recommended!) Go to your email newsletter and click on the field “unsubscribe” at the bottom. We are still happy to have you as our customer. Log in regularly to check out our latest holiday offers!
Q. How can I change my email address?
A. After you have logged on to DivingExchanges.com you can change your personal information via My Account by clicking on “Edit Profile”.
Q. How can I change my personal data, e.g. billing address?
A. After you have logged on to DivingExchange.com you can change your personal information via – My Account by clicking on “Edit Profile”. If you wish to change your billing or shipping address for a particular holiday, do so during the shopping process after having added holiday to your “Shopping Cart”.
Q. How can I reset or change my password?
A. Did you forget your password? No worries! You can reset your password via the “LOGIN” button and “FORGOT PASSWORD?”. After you have inserted your email address (the same as for registration) we will resend an email with a link to reset your password. If you wish to change your password, go to your Profile – My Settings.

BOOKING A VACATION
Booking a vacation is very simple! Once you have found a holiday option you love, just add it to your cart! You will need to confirm the billing (and potentially shipping) address and proceed to the payment. Once you have chosen your payment option (DiveDollar credit or credit card) and inserted the payment details you will be taken to an order summary to finally place your order. We will send you an immediate email confirmation.
Q. Where can I see the status of my order?
A. Once you have successfully placed your order you can see the status via Dashboard – My Orders. You will receive information about the recent status. Furthermore, you can click on “View Details” to review all information of your purchased holiday.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. The cancellation of holidays (e.g. diving trip to the Maldives resort) is dependent on our dive partners. Please also review our Terms and Conditions for the cancellation policy as well as the Fine Print and Details. In the case of diving packages you MUST include a travel insurance for such eventualities or find another buddy to replace you and change the traveler’s name. You can always address our customer support for help
PAYMENT PROCESS
Q. When do I need to pay my orders?
A. The order for holidays will have a payment due on confirmation. Holidays require a pre-booking amount to reserve the trip for you. The full amount will be due at a later point. You will receive an email confirming your pre-payment and final amount due.
Q. I am entering my credit card details. When will I be charged?
A. In the case of Holidays that are being paid by cash we will charge 30% of your order (amount payable) right away. If paying with DiveDollars, 50% of the value, plus our fee will be deducted upfront.
Q. Which payment options do I have?
A. During the shopping process you can pay via your DiveDollar Credit, credit card or Paypal account. Please understand that your order will only be fulfilled after we have received your payment.
Q. Are my payments safe?
A. DivingExchange.com puts great emphasis on your security. During the registration process you will be asked to provide certain personal information, which we automatically verify during your shopping process.
All personal data are subject to strict confidentiality according to the GDPRA laws. The online payment process for credit cards and PayPal is encoded via Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which guarantees the safe data transfer.

Q. How can I share feedback concerning website problems?
A. If you have problems with our website, e.g. display of pictures of scuba diving holidays, login errors please contact our customer support via email or chat. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a potential solution.

Once connected, it is the buyer’s responsibility to do due diligence before taking the holiday – and as a back-up have travel insurance in case of things not working out - In case of a dispute, it is recommended to try and resolve it amicably between the two parties involved. DivingExchange will act as an intermediary to help resolve the issue – but will not be legally responsible if things do not get resolved
